It is a material and moral award, whereby one of the employees working at NAF is considered (as the employee of the month), is selected on a monthly basis, within a criteria and through a committee formed for this purpose, where the winning employee(the employee of the month ) is awarded an amount of (200 JOD) , with a letter of thanks from the general director.
